1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and Megaa88 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at megaa88.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the megaa88 Platform — including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional materials, customer support channels, and related services — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including, but not limited to, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and the specific rules governing individual games and promotions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the megaa88 Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required before processing withdrawal requests above stated thresholds.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the megaa88 website, mobile browser interface, and all games, betting markets, and services available therein.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it is eligible for withdrawal, as specified per individual promotion.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law or regulation.

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on megaa88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Megaa88 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with international gaming compliance standards. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, agent, contractor, or associate of Megaa88, or an immediate family member of such a person, without the Company's prior written consent.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended or permanently closed by Megaa88 due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.

4Account Registration & Management

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on megaa88 at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Megaa88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately after registration. You must notify megaa88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

Megaa88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

• Account registration requires a valid email address, contact number, and date of birth. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Megaa88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents (KYC) at any time, including MyKad, Passport, Driver's Licence, or proof of address in the form of a utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Megaa88 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to MYR 30 per month on dormant Accounts following written notice to the registered email address.

5Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on megaa88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported on the Platform:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — processed instantly upon confirmation.
• Online Banking & Interbank Transfer: DuitNow (instant), FPX (5–15 minutes), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC-20), and BNB. Cryptocurrency exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction and are non-negotiable.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Megaa88 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges for which Megaa88 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Conditions: All withdrawal requests require a fully verified Account (completed KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit, unless otherwise approved by Megaa88 compliance staff. Megaa88 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is significant or where there are grounds to conduct further verification.

Megaa88 reserves the right to reverse, void, or withhold any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, Megaa88 may report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Megaa88 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is active, and to the following general conditions:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance. In most cases, real-money Balance is used first when placing bets, unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Balance. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if not used within the validity period stated per promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Megaa88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a bonus has already been credited and wagering has commenced, the existing terms will continue to apply for the current bonus cycle.
• Players may decline a bonus by contacting customer support before wagering has commenced. Once wagering begins, the bonus terms are locked in.
• Only one bonus promotion may be active at a time per Account, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Megaa88 maintains zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee a return regardless of game outcome (arbitrage), and using other strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than play in good faith. Any Account found engaged in such conduct will be subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7Gaming Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on megaa88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure each game outcome is entirely random, independent, and unpredictable. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds and represent long-term averages — they do not guarantee any particular outcome within a single session.

In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or malfunction during gameplay, megaa88 reserves the right to void the relevant game round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Game round results that have been visually displayed but not yet confirmed by megaa88's servers are not binding.

For sports betting markets, megaa88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where manifest pricing errors have occurred. In the event of a disputed settlement, the decision of megaa88's trading team is final unless successfully overturned via the formal dispute resolution process.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the megaa88 Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, the financing of terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or algorithmic tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written approval from megaa88.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including the use of duplicate Accounts, VPNs, or proxy servers to circumvent geographical or account restrictions.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing megaa88 employees, agents, or other users via any channel.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the megaa88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Megaa88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content; scraping or harvesting data from the Platform by automated means; or creating derivative works based on Platform content without the express prior written consent of Megaa88.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Megaa88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Losses or damages arising from system downtime, server errors, network interruptions, or force majeure events beyond megaa88's reasonable control;
• The unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data, except where directly caused by megaa88's gross negligence or wilful misconduct;
• Losses arising from reliance on information or advice provided through the Platform, including odds, game recommendations, or promotional communications;
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent risk and that you participate at your own discretion and financial risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit megaa88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11Suspension & Termination

Megaa88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy ongoing KYC verification requirements.
• Requests from regulatory, law enforcement, or government authorities.
• Megaa88's decision to withdraw its services from a particular jurisdiction.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting megaa88 customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

Self-exclusion is a permanent or time-limited restriction; attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

12Amendments to Terms

Megaa88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide notice to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notification on the Platform, with a reasonable period before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 11 above.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which megaa88 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, transaction, or bonus settlement, you must first raise the matter with megaa88 customer support in writing, providing all relevant Account details, game or transaction reference numbers, and a clear description of your complaint. Megaa88 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute is not resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body associated with megaa88's operating licence. Megaa88 will cooperate fully with any such process.
